「華播事工路，回應移民潮」

這是廿多年來發展歷程。中國人走遍天涯海角尋他的夢想，一批批不同背景的華人踏足西歐、北美、中東、非洲、甚至太平洋群島。新移民與當地信徒，華人團契及教會都有文化和言語上的障礙，需要溝通的橋樑；而新移民急於在異地建立家園，更要克服適應上的困難及經濟上的壓力。對他們了解、體諒和關懷是福音鬆土的工作。合適的傳媒工具，是宣教士和教會向他們傳福音的好幫手。這是神對華播的呼召，廿多年不變的角色。

神要我們默默作研究和搜集，然後製作節目，以供應和配搭宣教士、佈道隊或教會外展的事工。在電台播放的節目是預工和慕道性質，除廣播外，更可供應個人佈道、家庭聚會和小組使用；我們製作的節目亦包括佈道，初信造就，信徒訓練等，全已在網上廣播。卡帶複錄分發由華播在馬里蘭州的同工負責。在香港，由新同工轉成適合國內需要的光碟母帶。

u   需求不斷，製作落實

工場需要實在迫切，世界局勢急劇改變，是宣教黃金機會，帶職宣教士越來越多，而且去到不同宣教背景文化的土地上，而世界每個角落都有華人，近年有回流到中國的，也有獨立移民到加拿大的專業人士，所以華播事工發展新方案是分散在不同城市，發揮當地的特點，召募當地同心同行的成員，先培訓後參與製作，步驟落實，事奉盡量減少組織及行政上開支，加強與宣教工場聯系，集中在大城市的宣教事工。事實上，城市培訓的宣教士都有部份到鄉村及新工場作開荒的工作，他們出去，我們在後方的供應，一定要趕上他們的需求。感謝神，藉網路及電訊的聯系，我們真的活在名乎其實的地球村上。

1. To meet the challenge of the time----for the past 50 years, Chinese people have left their homeland voluntarily or by persecution and have scattered in different parts of the world to establish themselves in a new country. They cannot be reached by the Christians of their adopted countries without helpful tools due to differences in culture and languages.

2. To research, develop and produce materials to help believers to overcome social, cultural and educational barriers in sharing the Gospel and also to assist their effort in making disciples.

3. To make use of contemporary communication technologies to communicate God's Word effectively to Chinese people of various ages and dialects, with different cultural, educational and spiritual backgrounds.

4. To involve Christians in professional and media fields to join force in the production of Gospel programs for radio and Internet broadcast.

5. To support and complement the ministries of churches, mission agencies in church planting and pioneering mission work with our media production.

6. To provide opportunities for young people as student interns to get involved in
   media missions.
