Tony
told us, "... I could only communicate with my
non-English-speaking parents in Toisanese.
For years I felt frustrated because I could not share
the gospel with them. After
working six days a week, they wanted to stay home on Sunday.
When I heard of CGBC’s
tapes, I knew what a blessing this ministry could be.
I took two programs home and their initial response was
good. With prayers and support and from CGBC staff, I went on by
using the whole series until they finally understood the
gospel. What a
joy when my parents came to a saving faith in Christ!
Praise God, my grandmother also heard the tapes and
accepted Christ before she died...... |

| 「 在 一 次 教 會 的 佈 道 會 中 ， 有 一 位 年 青 人 的 母 親 接 受 主 ， 她 是 替 人 做 管 家 ， 不 能 經 常 去 教 會 ， 而 且 目 不 識 丁 ， 所 以 栽 培 十 分 困 難 。 最 後 ， 我 們 使 用 華 播 節 目 ， 非 常 有 效 ， 我 們 同 工 為 此 而 得 著 激 勵 。 」 | Rev. Lee wrote, "When we started a Cantonese-speaking ministry this year, Eileen gave me a series of tapes to try.... We not only received spiritual nourishment, but also linguistic skill as well.
